2015 Gailingen Schloss Rheinburg Hammer Weißburgunder Grosses Gewächs trocken, Baden, Germany

Cool, fairly firm nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, pomaceous and some citrus fruit, moderate oak, delicate hint of tobacco. Clear, tart, polished fruit on the palate, light smoky oak, hint of tobacco, lively, elegant acidity, light tannic touch, vegetal and herbaceous notes, good persistence, polished, salty mineral notes in the background, full-bodied, but also lively, floral traces, very good polished finish.
