Cool, distinctly yeasty aroma with nutty and restrained, very bright citrus and apple notes, as well as fresh herbal-plant aromas. Cool, again very bright fruit with distinctly yeasty and fresh plant aromas, quite present acidity, nutty and slightly buttery tones on the palate, fine bubbles, some grip, certain sustainability, good to very good, rather bitter finish, again with a lot of acidity bite.
