Cool, bright, completely dry fruit, yeasty and fresh herbal to slightly plant-like aromas, fine acidity, some grip, certain sustainability, chalky-mineral notes in the background, delicate melt, remains cool and bright even in the good to very good, slightly vegetable finish.
