Firm, nutty and somewhat woody-spicy, also delicately roasted fragrance with polished yellow-fruity aromas and very fine vegetable tones. Ripe, melty, quite juicy, somewhat melon and a hint of exotic fruit, very fine acidity, some touch of crumbly tannin, integrated wood, a hint of candy on the palate, lots of power and warming alcohol, mineral notes in the background, melting, almost soft finish with light wood and smoky notes. Becomes tighter with air and even juicier
