Quite firm, rather calm, herbaceous-vegetal and a little floral scent with fine white and yellow fruity aromas, a little rubber, wax and blanched almonds. Firmly woven, bright, somewhat melting, restrained fruit with herbal, peppery and almondy tones, quite lively acidity and some grip, dense and persistent on the palate, a little fennel, floral nuances and white pepper, hints of artichoke and citrus zest, with air also white bread, has power, good depth, chalky and slightly salty minerality, certain alcohol warmth, ethereal traces, light woody and delicately buttery hints, very good, firm finish, which gains in complexity and grip with air. May mature.
