2019 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Sauvignon "Tannenberg", Alto Adige, Italy

Nutty and fine-vegetable scent of ripe yellow fruits with light wood nuances, some smoke, herbs, savoy cabbage, peppers and a little light tobacco. Ripe, melting, somewhat warm fruit, very slightly open, nutty-woody spiciness with some smoke and a hint of caramel, fine acidity, mellow tannin, persistent and powerful on the palate, a touch buttery, good depth, quite distinct minerality, some pepper, very good, warm, juicy and spicy finish with candied notes and a hint of menthol.
