Firm, complex and deep, very slightly open bouquet of ripe yellow and hints of white fruit with nutty, yeasty hints, vegetal tones reminiscent of celery, elderberry, dried floral notes and minerality. Ripe, melting, rather warm fruit, smoky and slightly nutty-woody tones, some tobacco and almost a little peppery spice, fine acidity and mellow tannin, much power, substance and depth, clear minerality, black berries in the background, ethereal notes, very good, firm, multi-layered, juicy and spicy finish.
