2018 "Le Petit", Alto Adige, Italy

Deep, firm and complex, somewhat nutty aroma of partly dried and candied citrus fruits and some stone fruits with smoky traces, mustard seeds, fine vegetal tones and floral aromas. Concentrated, very sweet, again partly dried and candied fruit with very present acidity and a lot of grip of crumbly tannin, vegetal tones and again also mustard on the palate, persistent and complex, excellent depth, salt in the background, nutty and smoky traces, a hint of caramel, long, juicy finish, creamy and at the same time with a lot of bite. Great.
