Fairly cool, complex nose, light nutty notes, fresh vegetal notes and some dried herbs, predominantly red berries, light peppery traces, hint of mushrooms. Polished, fairly firm fruit on the palate, touch of fresh butter and some lemon balm, very elegant, lively acidity, touch of sugar candy, sage and pepper, light grip, clear contours, good persistence, some depth, touch of yellow spice, fine sandy tannins, still slightly astringent, salty mineral notes, some bite, delicate floral traces, very light spicy oak on a very good finish.
