2016 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Sauvignon Blanc Tannenberg, Alto Adige, Italy

Fairly cool, tart nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of black berries, elderflowers and linden flowers, fairly prominent mineral notes. Firm, juicy, ripe, polished, partly candied fruit on the palate, fresh green vegetal and herbaceous aromas, fairly lively acidity, full-bodied and creamy, but also has cool herbaceous and mineral elements, persistent, quite complex, delicate hint of red berries, good depth, very good finish.
