Surpirsingly cool, clear, tart, firm nose, red and a few black berries, floral notes, herbaceous aromas, peppery traces, fairly prominent mineral notes. Firm, ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, light spicy, toasted oak, nutty notes and coffee, light peppery notes, herbs and dried mushrooms in the background, full-bodied, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good substance and persistence, some depth, cocoa notes, salty mineral notes, still young, fresh style, very good, tart, juicy, spicy finish.
