2016 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Sauvignon Lieben Aich, Alto Adige, Italy

Fairly firm, deep nose, fresh vegetal and light floral notes, hint of asparagus and some bacon, light yeasty notes, white fruit and a hint of green berries, light mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, delicate hint of almonds, salty and fairly fresh vegetal aromas, elegant, lively acidity, integrated tannins provide grip and backbone, hint of dark berries in the background, floral and peppery traces, still young, touch of elderflower on a very good, firm, juicy, vegetal, spicy, gripping finish.
