2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Sauvignon Blanc Tannenberg, Alto Adige, Italy

Firm nose, green vegetal with prominent root vegetables, some butter, prominent earthy and mineral notes, restrained green and yellow fruit. Fairly firm, tart, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, full-bodied, very elegant, lively acidity, fine sandy tannins provide grip, persistent, mountain herbs, earthy and prominent salty mineral notes, prominent bell peppers, exotic touch in the background, still young and undeveloped, good depth, grip and bite on a very good tart finish.
