Light nutty and vegetal traces on the nose, pomaceous fruit and a hint of citrus aromas. Straightforward, fairly cool, restrained fruit on the palate, slightly sweetish, tart vegetal notes, elegant acidity, fairly persistent, touch of sugar candy in the background, floral traces, hint of bacon, good to very good, sweetish finish.
