Light, delicately spicy, nutty oak on the nose, partly preserved red and a few black berries, earthy and mineral notes, peppery traces. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, smoky and nutty aromas, salty mineral notes, light peppery spice, fine sandy tannins, light acid bite, persistent, ripe tannins provide some grip, slightly sweetish and creamy, hint of bacon in the background, full body, hint of mushrooms and umami on a very good finish.
