Delicate toasted notes, spicy oak and a hint of tobacco on the nose, vegetal traces, cherries, raspberries and some rosehip, floral notes, delicate hint of black berries, peppery and earthy notes. Partly preserved, delicately sweet fruit on the palate, surprisingly cool considering the high level of alcohol, touch of smoky, nutty oak, hint of tobacco, spicy notes and caraway seed, peppery traces in the background, earthy and salty mineral notes, fairly good persistence, tannins still slightly astringent, light acid bite, hint of cocoa, not particularly deep, but quite fresh, spicy cocoa, oak, light vegetal notes, still slightly astringent on a sweetish, juicy finish.
