Editor note: Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal fragrance with pome fruit and citrus aromas, floral traces and a little peach and apricot. Quite juicy, sweet fruit, yeasty traces, a bit herbal and floral, fine acidity, certain minerality, delicate grip, quite good persistence, red berry hints, good to very good, again sweet, juicy and also mineral finish

The wine-growing region is located in the federal state of Hesse in Germany. The vineyards cover 3,211 hectares of vineyards starting at the Untermain east of Wiesbaden and extending about 50 kilometres along the right bank of the Rhine to Lorch north of Rüdesheim.
