Herbe, klare, recht fest gewirkte Frucht im Mund, bitterliche Kräuter, Pfeffer und vegetabile Aromen, feine, recht präsente Säure, noch leicht gedeckt am Gaumen, holzige Nuancen, gute Substanz, etwas Hefe im Hintergrund, noch unentwickelt, gewisse Mineralik, sehr guter, dabei noch leicht antrocknender Abgang.
