Rather cool, slightly smoky, almond-like and vegetable to dried herb scent of candied yellow fruits with a hint of mushrooms, root vegetables, and a suggestion of bay leaf. Polished, sweet, again candied fruit with slightly dark berry aromas, a touch of resin and maple, lively acidity, delicate grip, some sustainability, salty and earthy tones, good to very good finish with a hint of Earl Grey.
