2015 Grauburgunder trocken *** Kalksteinfels, Baden, Germany

Light nutty notes, delicate vegetal and dried floral notes, pomaceous fruit and some yellow melon, delicate hint of dried mushrooms, earthy notes. Clear, elegant, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, nutty aromas, very elegant acidity, good persistence, some chalky and salty notes in the background, surprisingly cool character considering the high level of alcohol, vegetal traces, fairly polished, some bite on a good to very good finish.
