Tart, slightly herbal to wild-herbal and quite clearly mineral scent with restrained, bright yellow-fruity notes. Lean, cool, completely dry, again bright fruit, herbal and somewhat yeasty tones, present, yet quite fine acidity, persistent, some grip, a hint of dill and coriander, bright, tart minerality, elegant and rather quiet style, some lime abrasion, very good, tart, again cool finish.

Best to drink: 2023-2027+. What our ratings mean
