Quite firm and complex, distinctly herbal and a touch yellow-spicy aroma of ripe citrus and stone fruit with slightly smoky and mineral notes and a hint of dark berries. Tight, tart and yet quite juicy fruit with herbaceous, delicately peppery and clearly mineral notes, lively acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, slightly smoky and tobacco in the background, some depth, very good, tight, tangy and again very mineral finish with rosemary and thyme.
