Slightly reductive, yeasty nose, vegetal notes and dried herbs, smoky traces, restrained yellow fruit, hint of mushrooms andbacon, touch of popcorn and wine gums. Fairly tart, youthful fruit on the palate, delicately sweetish and creamy, prominent yeasty notes, hint of red berries, elegant, lively acidity, light grip, good persistence, earthy and some dark mine4ral notes, hint of tobacco and licorice, noticeable high alcohol, light spicy oak, some bite on a good to very good finish.
