2018 Pinot Noir trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Somewhat woody and smoky nose of more red than black berries with dried floral to slightly tobacco aromas. Ripe, partly preserved fruit, cocoa-spicy, sweetish wood, fine sandy, still slightly drying tannin, certain strength and persistence, roasted aromas, a hint of salt, also a hint of peanut, good to very good finish
