Tart nose, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, light nutty notes, yellow fruit, delicate floral traces, prominent earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, fairly prominent mineral notes, elegant acidity, light grip, good substance and persistence, very slightly rough tannins, hint of tobacco and bacon, earthy and salty mineral notes, very good tart, juicy, grippy finish.
