Clear nose, partly preserved red and black berries, some cherries, hint of bacon, mineral traces, moderate oak. Ripe, juicy, fairly firm fruit on the palate, moderate spicy, toasted oak, some cocoa, prominent peppery notes, fairly full-bodied and persistent, dried herbs and light spicy traces, some salty notes in the background, hint of bacon, still young, some depth, full-bodied, some bite, very good firm, juicy, spicy ginish. Very well made.
