Translate to English Herbe, deutlich vegetabile und auch erdige Nase mit zurückhaltenden, leicht säuerlichen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Hülsenfrüchten sowie hefigen Anklängen. Straffe, herb-saftige, kühle Frucht, deutlich pflanzliche Aromen, sehr präsente Säure und rauer Gerbstoff, bitterlich-nussige Anklänge, Kräuter und Salz im Hintergrund, erdige und salzig-mineralische Töne, reichlich Biss, nicht ewig tief, auch im herben Abgang säurebetont, mineralisch und ein wenig rau. Muss reifen, wird seine Strenge aber wohl eher nicht verlieren.
