Festering, cool and quite deep, fine herbal and slightly herbal scent with clear, bright yellow fruity aromas and a hint of dried mushrooms. Firmly structured, rather cool, quite juicy, bright fruit, lively acidity and delicate grip, yeasty traces, fine plant-like to herbal tones, persistent on the palate, distinct minerality, good depth, has tension, a hint of marzipan, very good, tight, bitter-juicy finish with pull.
