A trace of smoky, herbal, and nutty citrus stone fruit aroma with herbal notes, a hint of anise and fennel, as well as floral nuances. Partially preserved, juicy, sweet fruit with fine acidity, nutty and herbal to slightly yellow-spicy notes, again fennel and anise, with salt in the background, a certain sustainability, delicate grip, ethereal notes, good to very good, sweet and juicy, quite aromatic finish.
