Clearly vegetal and delicately floral, also still a hint of yeasty fragrance with rather citrusy yellow fruity notes and hints of yellow spice. Warm, sweet, melting fruit, quite fine acidity and a hint of carbonic acid, candy notes on the palate, nutty, floral and vegetal tones, some minerality, light tannic grip, good persistence, a lot of power, ethereal nuances, some pepper, also warm alcohol, sweet and nutty-spicy on the finish
