Cool, yeasty and herbaceous citrus nose with fine core fruit nuances, floral tones and a hint of smoke. Clear, polished, cool and precise fruit, distinctly yeasty, very fine perlage and some grip, smoky, herbaceous-plant-like and mineral notes on the palate, persistent, good depth, appearing slender, yet with real substance, relatively complex, reveals only with a little air what is truly inside, very good, firm, cool finish with very fine juice, yeasty spice, minerality and grip.
