Cool, fine plant-like to herbal and yeasty nose with bright yellow fruit nuances, a hint of dark berries, very fine vegetable aromas, suggested smoke, and certain minerality. Clear, fine juicy, predominantly bright fruit with nutty, smoky, yeasty, and herbal aromas, fine mousse, a bit of grip, lasting on the palate, certain depth, clear minerality, certain depth, very good, quite firm finish. One will hardly find better sparkling wine for the price.
