Ripe, slightly creamy, sweet, somewhat apricot-like fruit with nuances reminiscent of caramel, butter, and lavender again, fine acidity, delicate touch, some sustainability, in the background dried flowers and hinted anise, chalky minerality, very good, slightly drying, increasingly juicy finish with air.
