Firm aroma of red and also black berries with flavours reminiscent of aubergines, dried vegetal tones and a little barrel wood. Ripe, quite firm fruit with smoky wood aromas, a little bacon, chanterelles, herbs and some pepper, hints of chilli heat on the palate, some power and good persistence, salt in the background, very good, tight tart finish with dark ethereal spice and bite.
