2018 Weisenheim Burgweg Riesling trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Tart nose, hint of peppery spice, vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, delicate oak, light yellow fruit. Ripe, creamy, fairly tart fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, light nutty oak, yeasty traces, floral and herbaceous notes, good substance and persistence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, salty mineral notes, some grip on a good to very good finish.
