Translate to English Herber getrocknet-pflanzlicher und erdiger sowie ganz leicht pilziger Duft mit Zitrus- und Steinobstnoten, einer Spur Hefe und Speck sowie mineralischen und zart holzigen Tönen. Klare, ganz trockene, geschliffene und recht saftige Frucht, feine kräuterige Aromen, lebendige, sehr feine Säure und ein Hauch Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, florale Nuancen, im Hintergrund Mineralik, etwas Griff, gute Substanz, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren, sehr gute Balance, recht saftiger Abgang.
