Translate to English Deutlich vegetabiler und auch minzig-kräuteriger Duft mit grasig-heuartigen und etwas erdigen Noten, Kernobstaromen, ein wenig Avocado und Quitte. Herbe, feinsaftige Frucht mit pflanzlicher und erdiger Würze, präsente Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, gewisse Mineralik im Hintergrund, ganz leicht rau, recht guter, säurebetonter Abgang.
