2021 Oberrotweil Kirchberg Syrah trocken, Baden, Germany

Tart, taut aroma of black berries and a little cherry with peppery aromas, some wood and bacony-animalic nuances. Taut, tangy, fresh fruit, toasty and nutty wood aromas, smoky-specky tones, pepper, a little dry herbs and a hint of juniper, some acid bite and still a hint of carbonic acid, a little eucalyptus, good persistence, delicate wood bitterness, very good finish with fresh fruit, toast and bite.
