Cool, somewhat herbal and a hint of yeasty citrus-apple nose with a touch of smoke and unripe peach. Firm, sweet fruit with bitter herbal, smoky, and nutty-yeasty notes, present acidity, a bit of grip, a little citrus peel, white currants in the background, a bit of salt, good to very good, sweet and juicy finish with herbal to herbal notes, a bit of tannin and again plenty of acidity bite.

Best to drink: 2025-2027+. What our ratings mean
