Clear, firm, polished, herbal nose with tart yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances, some yeast, light nutty tones and minerality. Juicy, polished, quite dense fruit, nutty and herbal-vegetable aromas, some yeast and a hint of dark berries, very fine acidity, grip of ripe tannin, salty minerality, very good, firm, slightly smoky, juicy, yeasty and tart-spicy finish.
