Cool, fine-vegetal to slightly herbal and a hint of floral citrus pome fruit nose with delicate yeasty and mineral notes. Clear, taut, fine-juicy, tart fruit, nutty and again delicately yeasty notes, a little planty to herbal in the background, delicate grip, delicately creamy, but also bite, good persistence, light mineral tones, has polish, very good, again tart, fine-juicy and cool finish.
