Clear, tart nose, delicate nutty, floral and light herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes. Tranquil, tart, light fruit on the palate, elegant nutty and delicate yeasty notes, salty traces, hint of bacon, very elegant acidity, persistent, elegant grip, some depth, still yeasty, nutmeg, delicate floral aromas on a very good, firm, mineral finish.
