Yeasty nose, elegant vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, delicate spicy aromas, elegant aniseed and a hint of lemon butter. Ripe, juicy, creamy fruit on the palate, light nutty and yeasty notes, very elegant acidity, good persistence, vegetal, herbaceous and mineral traces, some more lemon butter, touch of integrated tannins, very good finish.
