Firm, deep, tart nose, slightly yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly light yellow fruit with prominent citrus aromas, lemon verbeny, light floral traces, prominent mineral notes, hint of black berries. Firm, but also soft and ripe juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and light nutty aromas, prominent buttery notes, touch of licorice, very elegant acidity, persistent, some depth, full-bodied, sweetish and creamy, vegetal traces,still young, very good finish. Has a lot to offer, but also leaves you sated quite quickly.
