2011 Süd-Steiermark Sauvignon Blanc trocken Steirische Klassik, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Pomaceous fruit and a hint of citrus on the nose, vegetal and earthy notes, still has a delicate yeasty touch, nutty traces. Fairly firm on the palate, ripe fruit, prominent earthy and mineral notes, spicy vegetal notes, delicate hint of elderberry, fairly creamy, good substance and persistence, has some depth, quite full-bodied, almost too much for a Classic style, very good finish.
