^{Translate to English} Fester und sehr tiefer, herber, komplexer, etwas rauchiger Duft nach schwarzen Beeren mit ein wenig Speck und Suppenkräutern, angedeutet Pfeffer, Pfeifentabak und fleischigen Nuancen. Herb-saftige, sehr dichte, unentwickelte, eher dunkle Frucht mit leicht rauchigen und kakaowürzigen Nuancen, mürbes, dabei jugendliches Tannin, etwas Biss, ein wenig gegrillter roter Paprika am Gaumen, Suppenkräuter und viel Salz im Hintergrund, gute Tiefe, ziemlich fester Bau, fleischige bis ledrige Spuren, erneut auch Pfeffer, reichlich Mineralik, sehr guter, fester, herber Abgang mit dunklem Saft und Würze. Muss reifen.
