Firm and quite deep, smoky, a little floral and herbal scent with bright yellow fruity and woody aromas, yeasty nuances, a hint of bacon, fine vegetal tones and minerality. Ripe, firm, juicy and spicy fruit, very fine, lively acidity and grip of ripe tannin, persistent, mineral and yellow-spicy, good depth, quite complex, still young, slightly smoky, has power but at the same time something light-footed, very good, tart-juicy and -spicy, tight finish. Very skilful
