Clear, polished, cool, and bright citrus-peach nose with fresh herbal, almost slightly minty aromas, hints of white fruit and floral notes, and a suggestion of smoke. Juicy, again cool, bright fruit with minty notes, still slightly yeasty, lively, fine acidity, a hint of currants in the background, some citrus peel, delicate grip, good sustainability, salty-stony minerality, very good, firm finish.
