2019 Bingen Scharlachberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Firm, herbaceous-vegetable scent with restrained, light, citrusy yellow fruity aromas, floral traces and chalky nuances. Tight, light and juicy in the mouth, clearly chalky and salty, lively acidity and lots of grip, smoky nuances, persistent, good depth, fine vegetal tones slightly reminiscent of broccoli, white pepper in the background, a hint of dark berries, very good, firm, juicy finish with bite and minerality
