Firm, deep, complex nose, raer herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes, cool, light, yellow fruit, floral traces, smoky traces and a hint of tobacco, green pepper and some bay leaf. Ripe, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, delicate tannic grip, elegant herbaceous and floral notes, persistent, good depth, mineral notes in the background, yeasty traces, very slightly sweetish and creamy, some sugar candy and spicy traces, very good, gripping, juicy, mineral finish.
